Returns
If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days from purchase. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund pierced earrings unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All items must be returned in a saleable condition in their original packaging, with tags intact. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them, and we strongly advise that they be returned via recorded or special delivery. Returns are to be paid for by you, unless goods are faulty, we will refund you the postage.

Once items have been received by us, we will refund you the amount within 5 days, by your original payment method.

Items can also be returned in-store. Please bring the item(s) in with your receipt and in its original condition (unused).

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.

Payment will be taken as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched.

If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

Product Information
We have made every effort to ensure the colours of products are displayed accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display them as accurately as they are seen when delivered.

We do make sure that all our measurements are as accurate as possible, but please remember all measurements quoted are approximate.

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

All items are subject to availability. We stock limited numbers of each item. If for any reason the item(s) you ordered are not available, you will be notified by email and will not be charged.
