Why Do I Have To Register?

This is to make your shopping a quick and simple process. You register on your first order and then every time after that will be quicker and easier. You will have to create a username (your email address for example) and a password.

What If I Forget My Password?

If you forget your password, simply check the ‘forgotten your password’ button and we will email it to you.

Are My Personal Details Safe?

Definitely. We take your privacy very seriously and comply with the Data Protection Act. We do not share any of your information with any other companies.

How Does The Shopping Cart Work?

It’s very simple, as soon as you see something you want to buy, click the ‘add to cart’ button and it will automatically be sent to your shopping trolley. To view your cart, click on the trolley button.

What Happens After I Have Placed My Order?

Once you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email. Your order will then be dispatched according to your requirements.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order if it has not been sent out for delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been dispatched. However, you do have a 14 day period to return any items if you change your mind.
